If you’re someone who uses screens for your work – operations, marketing, HR, and so many others – this workshop is for you.

This isn’t about ditching your devices. It’s about building a more intentional relationship with them, so tech works for you instead of running the show. My bread and butter!

In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll:

  • Understand why screens have such a strong pull on your attention

  • Walk through a few practical, research-backed habits you can start using immediately

  • Leave with tools you can bring back and share with your team

This is for you if:

  • You or your team spend most of the workday on screens

  • You’re feeling the effects of screen burnout and want something to actually change

  • You’re in marketing, HR, ops, or a similar screen-heavy role

This is so meaningful for me being at RECS because that was my first consulting job local in the PNW, and pickleball is something so important to me. I started playing in 2019 with my advisor before the pandemic hit and wasn’t able to get back to it until 2025, after I finished my second hip replacement, which is a story for another day.

RECS is also just such a fantastic place with fantastic people. Being an old college athlete, I was always undersized and played with teams who were scrappy and had a good culture. So this is again so meaningful to me to be at a place that values well-being, community connection, and also my favorite, analog connectivity.

Get your ticket today, and I hope to see you there!

Ashley
